Kind regards Draper Tools. **Q: I intend to use this to empty a 5700l garden pool, would this pump be able to pump the water through a hose for about 15m on a level surface?** A: This item will work with 25mm lay flat hose and head height is 6.5m which you can times by 10 if running at ground level giving approx. 65m. it will not completely empty the pool it will leave around 25mm of water. kind regards Draper Tools **Q: What is the decibel level when the pump is in operation?** A: Hi I wouldn't know what the actual decibel level is, sorry. We bought it for pumping out our swimming pool (10ft by 2.5ft) under water it was practically inaudible just a faint whirring, certainly nothing that the neighbours could hear! Once it became visible above the water level it was more noisy but again comparable to that of a boiling kettle & certainly not as loud as a lawn mower, hedge trimmer or strimmer. It can empty the sump bucket in seconds, but won't entirely drain the bucket to the bottom; you normally have about an inch of water that won't get sucked out.
