Great cameras,system but is complicated and there is a learning curve
To begin with, I have two cameras one remote and the cell camera ,home. The home camera has been in use now for about six months. Good battery life. I did have a glitch , for about two weeks I did not get any info from it. Cleared card, read as full t/off and back on. Been working good again. I made a mistake of setting remote as repeater. I get camera info but no pics. After checking out cuddlink videos , one said in repeater mode the the camera will not take pics. So the bottom line is. Good cameras, many functions ,can seem complicated . Big learning curve. I will continue to expand my camera network in the future. I have not yet tried to upgrade the software. I believe if all went good with upgrade ,the new software will be great

Yes they are hard to figure out because you have not sat down and read the instructions carefully. Once you do you will see they are State of the Art. Find an 9 year old kid to help you. Heads up place your Home camera on the highest elevation where it can get the best signal. Just drive around your property until you can get at least three bars on your cell and hang your camera there. Manual says you need LTE or 4G but three bars will work.

Camera never worked on relaying pictures to home camera
I never could get the camera to relay pictures to the home camera, on top of that it quit working in normal mode, lasted 3 months!!!!!

cuddelink camera
takes good pics but the distance between cameras isn't that great.

CuddeLink cameras only work when they want to work. Do not buy
Had both cameras sitting in my backyard for a week. The home camera would send photos half the time. The remote camera only took photos when I stood in front of it about ten feet away. Do not waste your money.

Money wasted
I bought 6 cameras total. After 18 months now. None work. They all started to fail after 12 months so the warranty was shot. The battery compartment gasket fails and then all it takes is one rain and the camera shorts out. Battery life is short. 30 days max. Buying the solar chargers and extended banks really do help but add to the total cost of owner ship. I probably have $2500 invested with subscription cost and the product just doesn't meet expectations for that kind of money.
