Definitely works and great value for money. I have waited to leave a review as wanted to make sure it was a genuine one. I was previously taking a powder form with just 1 type of Collagen from a different supplier. The difference has been phenomenal. Just over 2 months in and I would 100% recommend. Im 45 so a woman of a certain age, everything a hes, dry itchy skin, letuargic.... the list goes on. Did lots of research and have decided on this. With 4 types of Collagen, biotin, vitamin c and hyaluronic acid it ticks loads of boxes. My knee joints were my worst issue and that pain has literally gone!. My skin is glowing, hair in much better condition with baby hair coming through (I have changed my hair routine too and don't use as much heat on it so not solely the product). My only 1 issue is not with the quality of the product, it's the subscription and quite possibly user error. I didn't receive my second pack in time so had to order another pack so I didn't miss and days. 3rd pack came though would have been almost 2 weeks late. The recommended dose is 4 capsules per day which h is what I take but wondering if the subscription is based on taking 2 per day?. Unsure but possibly a "me" error. All in all I would definitely, 100% recommend.

I have gone back to these Collagen capsules as I tried another branded powder one which gave me terrible sugar cravings & put weight on was swollen all the time ,These dont give me any side effects at all thank you they are capsules but easily swallowed with water,Not much taste skin improves with time thanks .

Good quality, and I have noticed sine benefits: strong nails and smoother skin. But don't like having to take four tablets. May try the powder next time.

Bought these after reading the reviews, I had terrible knee pain day after day, agony to walk up and downhill and up and down stairs or steps, I ordered these on next day delivery and as soon as I got in from work I took the required dosage , I wanted to feel like a new woman in the morning! They worked I still had a little pain but nothing compared to how it was, I was amazed ,I carried on taking them and the pain got less and less everyday and now I have no pain at all, I’m over the moon , I would definitely recommend these , absolutely fantastic , they really do work !!!! I researched collagen before buying a product and this one had all 3 important collagens in it plus vitamin C to aid absorption. The price was good too at £10 for a six week supply. Ive only been taking it daily for about 2 weeks, but the effect is starting to show slowly. The main plus up to now is that my nails are stronger and have grown faster than I can ever remember. My knee joint pain also appears to be slightly better too. I am hoping that with continued use, my joint pain continues to decrease. Up to now, I am very impressed

Good quality product, good ingredients, capsules are easy to open. Only downside is, my mistake I did not check that properly, that need to be taken 4 capsules a day, therefore it is not the best value for money unfortunately, comparing to other similar product.

Been taking these for a few months now and my skin, nails and joints all seem to have benefitted from it. Less fatigued, recovering quicker post workout and my nails have never been stronger. Caps are easy to swallow and I split mine into two doses of two caps daily. Will continue to order.

I waited to write a review until I’d been taking for a couple of months in order to give the product time. I can honestly say it has started to work. I’m getting nowhere near the pain in my hip and hands and I am sleeping better because of this. So definitely the right product for me. Hopefully will get even better over time
