What are the ingredients?

According to my bottle: chili, sugar, salt, garlic, acetic acid, potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives, xanthan gum. It needs to be stored in a cool, dry place. We keep ours on the counter because we use it so often but it could also be stored in a pantry. I hope this helps!
