Pc is decent but it comes with no Os and that is a pain because i had to spend another $140 on a windows key but it also has severe trouble connecting to internet that being a huge inconvenience, not only that but it also doesn’t have much space so it isn’t great for having lots of games which can also be a pain if you do not want to spend the extra money on extra parts like me. It is somewhat decent when you finally connect to internet but it dosent last long. It is a very very sub-par pc, do not buy if you want a hassle.

The PC itself is great, it's a good start for the price even in a skewed market not bad at all, run league and some Nexon games just fine the FPS for some of them isn't half bad either. The WiFi adapter is pretty good too I didn't really care for the mouse and keyboard that it came with but it's there if you need it simple set up and gives u extra stuff to add more storage and even gives u a check-off list and whom it was built by. Need to add a GPU and maybe change the CPU to at least a Ryzen 5 or 7 but that's my preference. No OS system which isn't really a bad thing I liked the freedom of choosing my own OS system without extra hassle. Runs fine doesn't overheat at all and is aesthetically pleasing as well.overall a really good piece, I'd say it's worth it just need to turn off the browser extension cz it pops up if u leave the browser open.

When they said handcrafted, they meant it. The build quality on this machine was superb and brought me back to the old days when independent computer shops would build custom rigs and hoc them at the neighborhood Expo Center. The whole thing was packed inside of a larger shipping box and I was pleasantly surprised to find the internal box had been opened , the machine had been configured , and there was a quality control inspection checklist included with the machine . All parts and accessories had been placed inside a separate bag and included . I just couldn't get over how sharp these guys are. This machines case was as solid as I've ever seen and Custom fit for what was delivered. The attention to detail on cable management was excellent and the numerous fans were bright, powerful, and we'll placed for minimum noise through the cases' exterior plastic features. I was able to fit four 3.5 HDDS and one SSD (though two needed a minor additional hole drilled) but in the end it was a fantastic purchase and runs like a Mustang.PS: the only thing bad I can say about this was packaged with the most awesome bubble wrap, but it don't pop like old school bubble wrap, 1 out of 10 super unsatisfying ;)

Awesome computer!!! My son has a pc from another manufacturer and it wasn't built anywhere near to the quality of CUK. Very well packaged by CUK!! This PC is very well built and you get more than what you paid for! It doesn't come with Windows and it also doesn't come with a separate graphics card. However, once you get a good graphics card and windows installed, you still come out with a sweet deal. Before purchasing this computer, I had priced all components to build my own pc and it was more expensive than this pc. I had to get tech support and spoke with Derek. Derek was awesome and helped me understand what had to be done to get the pc the way I needed it. He even told me to call or email him back if I need him again for anything, including assisting me installing the graphics card!! So great pc, great customer service! I want to say thanks again to Derek if he or hopefully his supervisor, read this.

Decent set up... no graphics card... I put a Nvidia gtx 1660 super in it works great now. If you built it yourself you could do better by a good amount, but on amazon you cant beat it. it’s a considerably better value than computers with graphics cards installed. I highly recommend this computer if you wanna spend 200 bucks on a gpu as an addition to it. I will add I’m not sure why you’d include an nvme ssd with a mother board that only had achi in the bios. If I was going to complain about any part of this machine it’d be the motherboard is not great and not future proof at all

Very good value for the money was what initially attracted me to this gaming PC. I was pleasantly surprised, however, with how well it performed, even without a discrete video card.

The gamer PC arrived at my home today but the keyboard and mouse did not arrive. What should I do in that case? The product specifies mouse and keyboard included!!!

I love my computer. Runs my games perfectly and I plan to upgrade it at some point. Only problem is that I never got a key or anything to activate windows, so I have an annoying activate windows message on my screen at all times, but I xan easily ignore it.
