This is a really nice smelling candle. The scent leans more masculine, but I really enjoy it too, so it works well in shared spaces. My husband likes this type of scent, and this is one he especially favors. Yankee has nice quality candles that last a long time and throw scent, but not too much. The MidSummer's night is the classic scent I've stayed with for years!

Best scent in my book. Wish the price would go down

I purchased the large candle with the Midsummer’s Night scent. The candle was carefully packaged and arrived with no damage. I’m always hesitant with candles because I’m sensitive to strong smells and generally use unscented products or purchase things with natural scents like lavender. The smell of this candle isn’t overwhelming and is pleasant enough. The artwork and overall product design aren’t really my aesthetic but I’ve already removed the lid and I’m considering removing the label since I’ll have to do that anyway to recycle it. It was a good price for the large size because this particular scent was on sale at the time. It burns pretty clean and should last a long time. Overall I’m happy with it. We like to use candles in the cooler seasons or during the rare power outages so we try to keep a few large ones around.

This has been my overall favorite scent for literally over 25 years probably since it came out. It smells kind of like a men’s cologne. I used to always buy the Yankee candle store and it seems every time I buy them through here online when I like them, it doesn’t get off the same strength of smell. It’s just a candle lit, but you can smell them when they’re not lit. Not as in you can smell them in the room you have to sniff it.

One of the best smelling candles Yankee does in my opinion, it is beautiful although a little masculine it smells similar to an after shave but it really is a delight to burn, such a strong but very very nice fresh smell, i would recommend this to anyone.

A nice scent that is mellow and not overpowering.
