From the makers of legendary Liv. 52n
This is a wonderful liver health supplement: you take two a day and it really helps your overall liver health. The panels show it all you have to be consistent though with any of these things. Of course I add in other liver support supplements but these are very good to feel good and to help ensure you liver is operating properly and detoxing as it needs to. Himalaya who makes this liver care used to make a very popular / legendary liver health supplement called Liv. 52 which was an encapsulated form similar to these but not as potent / freshly encapsulated as their liver health . Even liv. 52 worked wonders though . These are worth the cost of admission and take them before you eat breakfast and dinner. If liver health is something you are needing to boost or protect add this supplement with TUDCA…I highly recommend TUDCA for liver health as well…take approximately 1,000 mg in the AM of TUDCA and also NAC before your breakfast. Make sure to take the NAC empty stomach plenty of water in the am at least 20 mins before you have breakfast it really doesn’t absorb well on a full stomach. Molybdenum taken with NAC ensures you get the most too out of NAC supplementation which also helps your kidneys not just your liver..I take my third NAC emptier stomach before dinner same process (NAC boosts cellular glutathione levels, the most potent antioxidant we have that’s Also mainly in the liver). I also add Milk thistle extract from Jarrow 3x a day with meals. Milk thistle extract contains flavonoids of the “Silymarin” family which boost glutathione levels in your liver aiding in liver function. You only have one liver and my supplementation of these things has given me a proactive advantage to taking other “supplements” glutathione and liver health along with kidneys are absolutely crucial. Stay healthy and don’t think twice about this product just buy it if you’re on the fence it’s worth the value and health benefits no questions. Again, this stuff isn’t snake oil a doctor who tells you there is nothing you can do to boost your liver health has absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. I kid you not people need to be careful before they just take a doctors word for something and do their own research. That’s simply not the case and to be quite frank with you shows how ignorant “some” of them can be in some areas.. ie bored gp’s just reading off fda/cdc notes on a clip board unwilling to learn new things, unwilling to really listen to their patients and have an open mind when it comes to effective treatments outside their fda approved little box . The proof is in the blood panels. Oh and one more thing if you really need to add a nuclear submarine launched ballistic missile into your liv fix arsenal to know for sure your liver issues will be a dead issue of the past.. add in Glutathione (intramuscularly) - 600 mg per day. 3 ml’s of glutathione 200 daily which is what pharma grade glutathione dosage runs @ 200mg/ml Go to “research chemical” companies to find it. Refrigerate upon receiving and during use. Kiss liver issues goodbye too and quickly.

Absolutely Works, Lowered Both AST & ALT Enzymes!
With the above average experience that comes from a many year odyssey in our American medical system (Ignore Ketama, as that's only my Summer residence!) and being treated by those mostly dim witted personel in that profession, and their litany of mistakes and just plain stupid screw ups, I finally picked up Hep C. Not only was I bitter over this, but it was preventing me from continuing the ongoing treatment I was going for to begin with, because of the elevated liver enzymes my blood tests revealed, I couldn't continue my regular medications! This continued for several months, with the levels only dropping a few points every couple of months, with some dietary improvement changes. Then, they wanted me to seek out this & that specialist when I decided to see what I could try on my own first, when I ran across LIV.52, and looked into some studies on that, and more importantly, what users were saying about it. Satisfied it was worth trying, I picked up some shortly before an upcoming blood test--VERY shortly. In fact, I had 17 days until my next test,by the time I received it, and did not expect any results that soon, and figured it would take until the next test around 30 days later, if no improvements were made. I started by taking 2 caps a day, as directed, for 7 days to see if I tolerated it okay, and that was fine, so I went up to 3 caps a day, for the 10 days prior to the test. (I read where others with elevated enzymes usually took 4 caps a day, since 2 caps is really just meant as a preventative dose for those that want to maintain a normal, toxic free liver, and don't have any elevated enzyme counts to begin with, and a disease free liver.) As I said, over several months my enzyme counts dropped a few points with each consecutive blood test, yet were still VERY high on the previous test, done on 2/2/09, with an AST level of 127 (Normal range is 14 to 48), and an ALT level of 150 (Normal range is 7 to 58), so you can see they were quite high. After 2 caps per day of LIV.52, for 7 days, then, 3 caps for 10 days, I had my blood pulled on 4/6/09, about 2 months after the previous test, and my AST level was 74, and my ALT level was 90, still higher than normal, but a vast improvement as you can see. There is NOTHING else to attribute this to but the LIV.52, so I'm a believer. Now, I'm back on my regular treatment path, and my next blood test won't be for 5 months, and I'll continue on the LIV.52, and I'll try to remember to update this with those results, which I hope and expect will be much better still, and quite possibly within the normal range. This was all my doing, and the bottom line is that you can ONLY count on yourself for what's right for you. Don't get me wrong, as a whole, the medical profession has made great strides, and there are some personel doing great things, but any 'discoveries' are huge team efforts usually, after years of research and millions or billions of dollars spent, and the great doctors & surgeons you hear of are few and far between, leaving most no more competent than your average moron, or worse. Still don't believe me? Well, believe this: The forth leading cause of death in the United States is from medical mistakes. Yes, you heard it right, look it up, then, say they aren't "morons"! I believe the last count has it at 249 people a day, dead from medical "MISTAKES", think about it, then, take care of yourself, you'll live longer. And, if you have high liver enzymes, LIV.52 works, it's not one of the many worthless herbal preps out there. Plus, it's pretty cheap, and through Amazon, I got it pretty fast too, just about a week I think.Good Luck & Health!
