Vintage Wood Ring Box for Wedding Engagement Proposal

Bought this to transport engagement ring when I was planning to propose on holiday. It really helped to transport the ring without my partner realising. Afterwards, she liked the box so much she still uses it now to take her ring places if she has to take it off

I bought this to shrink the engagement box size down. Hid away in my pocket for the day, and when it came to propose, it was easy to take from my pocket as not to arouse suspicion. Very well put together box, satisfying finish and the magnetic closure ooze quality.

Others have said this, and perhaps some are better than others but the finishing is not as good as I would have liked and the hinge isn’t solid. Fine for a casual present but I’d spend more for anything important like an engagement ring.

Hubby goes through phases of wearing his wedding ring, especially as we're now in lockdown, and just throw his ring on the bedside table with coins and all sorts of random rubbish! I bought him this as a 5th Wedding Anniversary present (wood) and he loves it. Simple but very well made and does the job :-)

The engagement ring I bought my fiancé came in a big, beautiful box that was never going to fit in my pockets. I needed something that could store the ring safely, but slot in alongside the phone, wallet, keys etc. without her being suspicious. This box did the trick, and she said yes!

Very poor quality product. Hinge is loose, the cuts are raw. The couchin part is way too tight even for the smallest ring.
