I especially want to thank the owner of this company, because the headrest mounts I was originally sent did not fit the width of my headrest and made it impossible to mount the screens. There support team was able to help me find the headrest mounts that fit and I truly am amazed at the beauty of the massive touch screens that are a million times better than the screens that originally came with my 100k SUV. We have changed power cords and tried to reset, but still cannot get either unit to turn on. Picture/video quality is 💯 easy to install. Only issue I am still having is the audio not playing using the Disney+ app that is pre’stalled on it. The video plays but is pointless if the audio portion isn’t working and not sure if it’s happening due to copyright who knows.
