The tools says 3/16 but the style optiom is only 3/4 which is it?

I bought one of these in July 2020 and used it to install brake lines on an antique vehicle. As stated in the description, "The tool works flawlessly with 3/16 in. steel, nickel, and copper tubing. "

Don't own Titan, but they look identical, just a different handle shape.

How do I get the kit with wrenches
