Great replacement cushions
I bought these to replace the worn out, peeling and flaking cushions on my old 850. After reading the reviews, and not really wanting to spend a ton of money, these seemed like the obvious choice. They arrived quickly and looked great. Compared to my old cushions these seem a lot more padded, but it could be that my originals were just worn out beyond belief. As some had mentioned, the install was a little tough as you kind of have to stretch the material over the headset, but once I got these on, they're solid. As of this review, I've probably got a couple months worth of 3-4 day trips on these bad boys and no complaints. They're comfortable enough to wear on an entire transcon and don't show any signs of deterioration yet. These are a great deal if you're just looking to bring your old headset back to life for whatever reason!

Bought these to replace the ear pads on my Telex headset for my son to use. Works great just like the originals..

Does not fit
These are advertised as a replacement ear cushion for the Telex 850 headset. I have a Telex 850. I use for at work - I fly jetliners for a living. Trust me when I say I know what I'm talking about. And these ear cushions DO NOT FIT a Telex 850. Way too small. Not even close. Terrible product, will be returning.

Adequate replacement for actual Telex ear pad
It’s not the same quality as the original but at 1/3 the price I’m not shocked. Kind of hard to put on as they are slightly smaller in diameter. Also there’s no speaker screen but that’s not a showstopper for me. I’d probably buy a different brand next time

Do Not Fit Telex ANR 850 Airman Headsets
These Earpads Do Not Fit Telex ANR 850 Airman Headsets correctly. They will fit on the earpiece, but they will fall off easially.

Good fit, generally good quality. The first one lasted for about a year before it came apart

Not sure why the other saids not fit - I got them installed and seems okay So far it seems puffy and functioning - time will tell on how sturdy it is and how long it lasts. So far so good on day 1
