This tea is great for energy. Coffee upsets my stomach, caffeine pills can make me jittery, and energy drinks work well for me but aren't cheap and aren't healthy either. This tea hits the sweet spot; it provides quick but sustained energy. As some other reviews have mentioned the taste/smell is kinda unique (sorta like fresh cut grass), but I find it to be really smooth and enjoyable.

I love their teas and drink it daily. Little pricy so when it’s on sale I stock up. Doesn’t have that grassy earthy taste of real Yerba mate which I like better hopefully has the same benefits.

Very good tea, rich and clean..

This is an herbal tea that takes a little getting used to the taste. It's not bad just different. Smells like fresh cut lawn. The flavor is earthy. It's a good morning wake-up tea.

Love this tea, I’m a person who has to add honey or sugar, I add nothing to my morning tea with these tea bags!

This is a lovely tea exactly as described.

For me personally, I did not enjoy the smell or taste of this product. I was new to yerba so of course, not everyone is a good match. It smelled like smokey ash and my stomach felt ill in the evening. I only used this in the morning with a light breakfast.

Good source of energy like for 3 hrs.
