Wow! We have been looking for something to take care of our dog's dry skin. He is a hound, and he can also tend to get a little smelly. So we bathe him more often than we really should. Hence the dryness! We gave him a bath and used about half of the vial on him. When he was almost dry, my husband rubbed it into his skin and fur. Almost a week later, he smells absolutely fantastic! Not a strong scent. Not a perfume he sent at all. But you can definitely tell that the essential oils are working. His fur feels soft. And almost immediately, we saw his dandruff relieved. We will continue to apply half a vial every week whether he gets a bath or not.

I have a 3-year old Silver Lab who has had skin/fur issues on and off for the past few years. I purchased this product after reading a previous review (a few reviews down) of another silver lab that this product worked for. Silver labs are a diluted color breed that are notorious for skin/coat issues. Oliver has had issues with thinning coat, itchiness, and patchiness that come in waves as the seasons change - nothing that has affected his health, but annoyances that both he and I (and other people) notice. He was tested for a thyroid issue and those tests came back normal. I've tried everything the vet has recommended - switching to a salmon-based food, allergy shots, allergy tablets, fish oil pills, medicated shampoo, conditioner, etc and nothing has really treated the problem completely. The veterinarian finally said that it was just how he is and something I'd have to live with. I finally decided to try this when he lost an old-man style patch on the top of his head.I did the 8 week recommended program with Dermoscent and it really is a miracle. I don't usually write reviews online but if your dog is struggling with any skin/coat issues, you need to give this a try. All of the problems you see in the pictures are gone. No more spotting, no more hair loss, no more itching, and on top of that, his coat has thickened significantly and is very shiny. It looks HEALTHY. The hair on the top of his head filled in as well, which is something I was worried would never come back. This product also has a pleasing scent and is easy to apply (just once a week for 8 weeks).Now that the 8 weeks is over I'll be watching for any issues and if they do happen I will be sure to buy it again. This is the only thing I've tried that really works and does exactly what's promised.THANK YOU for a great product and a happy dog & owner.

Like the product. It gives my dog's coat a pleasant odor and takes away that yeasty smell from his whole body. My only complaint is that when you order it, Amazon is very dishonest about the delivery date which is often WEEKS later than originally told.Don't want to do autumatic shipments yet because we haven't been on it that long and haven"tbeen on it that regularly due to this shipping problem. And I'm not sure that would help anyway.

Helps with itchy skin. My dog was having hot spots and flair ups as a senior dog. Nothing helped in the past including prescriptions. But this seems to help.

Veterinarian suggested this for my dog's skin condition since I did not want my dog on steroids (which causes its own myriad of problems) or allergy pills for the rest of her life. It has a pleasant smell, (each person smells different oil scents, I smell the tea tree & peppermint oils, my husband only smells the cedar oil) and quite honestly anything's smells better than the way she did before using the product. Has also helped with the bacteria growth between her toes because of extreme wet weather.(Pacific North West)At least she doesn't smell like Fritos (corn chips) anymore. The dandruff has cleared up and she does not scratch anymore. She is a much happier dog since using this product. She does not flinch at my touch because her skin was flaring up. She was just miserable before. Now I can pet her anywhere on her body without shying away, because her skin hurt. Wish I had found out about this sooner.

Our boy has been so itchy for quite a while now, and we've done everything we could think of to help him. The vet keeps telling us to give him Benadryl but sometimes it makes him hyper and bounce off the walls for 4+ hours, so we try to avoid it if at all possible. We have tried all kinds of supplements, switching him to sensitive skin food, bathing him in special shampoo and nothing helped, and it was so expensive. These drops have helped so much. He's scratching as much as a normal dog. The only bad thing about the drops are that he reeks of clove for like three days, and it can get on our hands and they stink too. But it works, so we deal with the smell.

It really helps with the corn Chipy smelling dog. But be aware, you still have to wash your dog every week, or the smell returns. I'm not in speaking of personal experience, but if you're looking for something that's just going to not make your dog smell, this probably isn't the product for you. You need to maintain your dogs just like a car🙂

My puppy's skin was horribly dry! After using this I'm not kidding when I say it helped so much. I'm very happy with this product.
