Really well-stocked and easy to use
This kit ended up being better than I expected. It’s solid, packed with supplies, and easy to carry around. The bright orange color makes it easy to see, which is handy. We use it in our barn for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and so far it has everything we’ve needed for first-response situations. The only thing I wish it included is a suturing kit with a scalpel, sutures, and removal tools. Otherwise, it seems to have all the essentials covered.Pros:Packed with suppliesBright and easy to spotCompact and portableReliable for hands-on useCons:Missing a suturing kit

Excellent product
Has tons of supplies and it is big. I bought this for my mom who has been an RN for over 43 years and she loved it. She kept going through the whole bag and figuring out what else she might want to put in there, but it is stocked very well already.

One of those things you hope you never need
Bought this to keep in the car because it’s one of those things you don’t think about until you suddenly need it. The kit is well organized and actually comes with a lot more supplies than I expected. It feels sturdy and easy to grab quickly in an emergency. Hopefully it just sits in the trunk forever, but I’m glad it’s there.

Peace of Mind at Home
I wanted to be prepared for any emergencies that might arise. The Scherber Fully-Stocked First Responder Professional Advanced EMT/EMS Trauma Kit has given me that peace of mind. This bag is well-designed, with over 10 compartments and zippered pockets, making it easy to organize and access the supplies I need quickly.I was impressed with the quality of the items included, from gauze pads to tourniquets, which makes me feel confident that I can handle unexpected situations. While I'm not a professional first responder, this kit makes me feel more equipped and ready to handle emergencies at home. Whether it's a minor injury or something more serious, having this trauma kit on hand is invaluable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be prepared at home!

Quite complete
Maybe I over-reacted, but after witnessing a pretty bad car wreck, I wondered if I’d have been prepared had an ambulance wasn’t 5 minutes away.Certain things in this kit do require training: airway, mechanical ventilator, and neck brace. So, get training before you use them, or take them out of the kit.I added some basic over-the-counter meds and a better tourniquet.Am I over-prepared? Probably. But it does give me a sense of comfort know it’s in the trunk (along with a fire extinguisher).

Test/review everything in the bag
Stethoscope is not in a case. It didn’t say it was going to be, but with the other packaged items it seems odd this wasn’t in its own case. The blood pressure cuff valve doesn’t deflate when bulb is unscrewed. Due to fighting with that all I can hear in the stethoscope is the Velcro trying to come undone when taking blood pressure.Still going through the bag on everything else will update.

Lable your small bags
This bag came stocked for almost any kind of medical emergency that you may come across, and there is room to add more equipment if you choose to do so. I would recommend labeling the smaller bags for what you have in them. All of my guys can open it up and see what they need to grab without digging around. When seconds count, this helps
