I recently broke my pinky toe and have been wrapping the top of my foot (to get compression) because it lessens the pain from the break. I taped 2 toes together but without the wrap it was much more painful and unable to sleep. This wrap is not only way less expensive than most, the rolls are larger too. They sticky is great, can reuse if I take it off to shower and still rewraps the same. This can be used for pretty much anything, sprained ankle, injuries, burns or just old fashion boo-boo’s.
