Helped eliminate pain in my arm after I started taking it

Cardiac Calcium Score of ZERO
I had my aortic valve replaced in 2013. It was completely calcified. After the surgery, I started taking the M7 variant of K-2. My valve has been performing excellently - in fact, in the echos I have done, the doctor said he couldn't tell I have a new valve (bovine). I recently had a cardiac calcium score test done because by cardiologist said my cholesterol was high (I'm mostly carnivore). He said he would not put me on a statin if my calcium score was zero. Sure enough, it was zero. I believe the Now Foods K-2 helped with this by diverting calcium out of my blood.

I've added this to my supplement regimen per doctor's recommendation after last year's blood work results. I have blood work done every 6 months. It must be working because my last results were all great.

Is made with Menaq7 so that's what really matters. Just be sure to take with food or drink a little milk with it because it's a capsule, not a oil filled soft gel and vitamin k2 needs fat to properly absorb. Best price I could find for athentic Menaq7 from a reputable brand by far.
