That must be a mistake by amazon because i have gotten it from amazon and walmart on line anever had to have a healthcate license

Our vet told us our cat has asthma, he didn't offer any treatment plan. When our cat has an attack it's petrifying. I can understand why someone would ask if it could be used on cats.
