Dr. Scholl's Foam Heel Liners Inserts Helps Prevent Uncomfortable Shoe Rubbing at The Heel and Helps Prevent Shoe Slipping for Shoes That are Too Big, 3 Pair

These work really well keeping my Achilles from rubbing against my shoe. Great fit, easy to apply and no more pain or redness. The brown and black are a softer fabric, while the clear is like a slighty firm gel. This is my second set. The first I bought years ago and they never loosened or came off my shoe. You can't reuse them for different shoes, but if needed they come off fine. You can use any color. They hide well even if they don't match.

Went up 1/2 size on my shoes, put one set of these inside the heel and now I can keep my shoes on without the heels being too big.

March 2022 Update: Unfortunately these don’t stick for long, although I have been wearing the same shoes almost everyday, they didn’t hold up for longer than a few months. But the issue could be fixed by using your own adhesives. Just a shame that the product itself didn’t have one strong enough, hence changing the review to four-star. Original Review: I got some time right now so I'm writing a review. And I'm writing it for this item as it honestly deserves one. I have two pairs of flats that I love but hurt the back of my feet so badly that I feared wearing them. Well not anymore, these liners REALLY helped. I forget I have them on and just go about my day in my beautiful shoes, now in comfort. Just be aware that they might make already small shoes tighter, mine had the little extra room.

..and the price, I was expecting something different. My old pair of liners were perfect they did the job, just couldn't remember where I got them, or the brand. So decided to give these a try, I mean come on dr scholls what could go wrong, right? These things are so smooth and tiny they actually help my shoes flip flop, I've had to go chasing my shoe! Lol. And I had to tape them in they did not stick at all. But these would be perfect if you were looking for something for say, high heels.

I really like these - they were simple to add in, are great for grip and blister prevention and are a good fit. They are super soft and squishy and a nice size that is not too big. They stick very well (I have not needed to replace any) and I like the design for a variety of shoes. Dr. Scholls has a great product here.

Did the trick!

Put these in the heal of a pair of heels. They came off within an hour. I still got blisters. Bought this one because I trusted the name brand to be a quality product. The pads themselves were nice but the adhesive is non-existent. Wish I had tried a cheaper brand.

The adhesive is not good. It cannot be reused and it peels off the inside lining in the shoe.

The damn thing fell right off the shoe and got stuck to my sock. I mounted it the night before and waited one day before wearing. Insane.
