You pay for what you get really, it isn't the sturdiest of shelves but once it is fully stocked it feels a lot more sturdy. Some people have had a few issues with this type of furniture before (i.e., split wood, unmarked nails/screw placements, poor paint job etc.) but I personally haven't had any manufacturing issues with this shelf.It was easy to put together, the instructions say that you need two people to construct it but I managed to build it up fine on my own.The shelf itself is on the smaller side, so I would recommend getting out your tape measure to just double check that you're okay with the height (103cm).The worst part about this shelf (and really the only negative thing about it) is the drawer. It is very flimsy and unnecessary. It is extremely small, making it very awkward to put anything of use in there. I would have much rather had the extra space for another shelf. Very unnecessary, and brings down the overall quality of the build.I bought this as I needed more storage space for old games, DVDs, Blu-Rays, etc. If you are looking for a BOOKshelf and your books vary in lengths and widths, do not buy this shelving unit. I've seen a few reviews upset with it not being able to hold their books, but that is just through the fault of the user for not looking at the dimensions/descriptions properly, not the seller/manufacuturer.

The handle for the drawer is missing so could you send us one please.The plastic bag was open and the screws etc were all over the place.Having said this I like it and it goes well in our lounge

Looks really nice good value for money easy to assemble only problem I had was the delivery service wasnt very good

good sturdy unit very easy to build accommodates about 104 dvds just what I was looking for though it is better fixed to the wall as it is easily pulled over

Lovley product may need help putting it together I struggled on my own it is much s.aller than I expected but I hadn't checked the height of it still worth it though

Didn’t end up assembling it as I found it to hard 3 hours in and I wasn’t getting any where. Materials not very good quality . Only give one star at couldn’t give less.
