One test rated this vacuum at 110% cleaning ability because it cleaned dirt that the reviewer thought he'd cleaned out already plus the dirt that was added for the test (by weight). This vacuum is no joke. It's lightweight but that doesn't matter; the thing sucks and beats the rugs so aggressively it's like pushing rubber on rubber. Though this makes it not easy to push, that's physics, folks....no free lunch. Find something else to clean a cat litter polluted tile floor because it sends the litter flying all over. No attachments here, so you can buy some other stand-alone unit to do that (dust buster, etc.).

We use these vacuums at our school and they work so much better and last longer than some other more expensive brands. I highly recommend.

This seems like a quality vacuum thus far. But is it quite heavy. Much more than expected. The assembly instruction are not great. And pictures of the assembly process are not good. You can do better Mr Vacuum Maker!

It works very well on my rugs and tile love the bag feature to filter the air. My home don't smell dusty after using it!! The cord is almost long enough to do the whole house on one plug Might just use a different outlet the next time. Only complaint is the clamp that holds the cord already broke all by itself just sitting here. Only have the top clamp and it's not very sturdy either and cord is heavy. May have to improvise and use a 'S' hook to hold it? Shame it being brand new! Also would have been nice to receive a couple of extra bags with the machine. Only one belt was included. I understood the vac was made in Mexico but there is sticker on underside saying it's made in China. It sure beats the canister vac with the hose that kept coming apart and had the nasty job of emptying the dirt canister then clean the filter. update well only used the vacuum twice and now the foot pedal is jammed and won't release so can't use the vac at all a shop wants 50 to service it. will be returning it

This vacuum is backed by top quality carpet manufacturing companies and used by many professional carpet cleaning companies.. so I had to buy one.. works great and doesn’t whip up the wool carpet.. many settings for every type of carpet

This vacuum was recommended in the carpet care information. I bought a wool carpet and the cleaning instructions said that Shark, Dyson, etc had carpet beaters that were too stiff and low for a wool carpet. This explained why my previous wool area rugs would fill the canister up with carpet fuzz. This vacuum has 6 adjustable height levels and works well on my carpets. Only disappointment, which I probably misread, is that the description said attachments but it comes with no attachments. Shipping was very fast, next day.

I found putting the vacuum together rather tedious and the instructions are not good. I have bought an Orek before and only snapped the handle on. This you have to screw in the screws and then they speak about a spring at the end of the cord to move forward. very confusing. It is loud and heavy compared to the Orek. Another thing that is not mentioned is that the cloth bag is an item you empty. This seems very dirty to do as it is a cloth bag. Not sure I am going to like it. I wish I knew before. I am not sure if they sell paper bags. I think I would order the Orek with hindsight. It does pick up dirt and seems to suck hard. Only had it one day. The orek is far lighter.

Replaced a older commercial model with very hard use(picked up a 1/4" bolt and exploded the housing=my bad) with this one, wife says it is o.k., added the magnetic pick-up metal stuff bar on the front(takes about 20 min. using 6-32 screws)

I use it for Office cleaning and I like everything about this vacuum cleaner especially the changeable bag. I am slowly changing all my vacuum cleaners to new ones already bought six and will be getting seven or eight more couldn’t think of a better vacuum for the job.
