Below is my original review of this item. I gave it 1 star because it did not work on my dogs nails... I have changed my review to 4 stars because the company reached out to me and apologized. They offered to either send a new nail grinder or refund my money. I asked for a refund and they provided it in full. Even though I did not have the best experience at first thier customer service was excellent. It is reassuring to know that they cared enough to not only read my review buy also reach out to me and make it right.*It does not work on my dogs nails. I do not know if her nails are just super strong or what but this grinder is not cutting it.

This product is not as described. It did not come with 3 different grinding bits and the clippers are barely big enough for a cat, let along your dog. This is more like a toy.

Every month there is a war going on in my house with me and my chihuahua. She hates nail trimmings and despite following all advice for using regular clippers it was just not getting better. I wish I had known about these trimmers a LONG time ago. It is quiet and fast which allows her to get her reward quickly. The guard prevents getting into the quick. Her nails are difficult because some tend to curve. Now I can save the $15 bucks on nail grooming. I highly recommend this to anyone with small dogs.

I gave it 5 stars since ratings were all about the grinding component. This works as advertised and I have a large rottweiler. I can't say she loves it but she let's me grind her nails with no help. The clippers... let's just say you make this purchase for the grinder. Not impressed with the clippers at least not for a large dog.

I absolutely love this grinder! I followed the instructions provided and got my Lagotto Romagnolo puppy accustomed to the sight, smell, sound, and feel of it several times and a few hours prior to actually using it on his nails, lavishing him with praise and his favorite treats each time. I had tried using nail clippers on him before and he just didn’t take to it. He didn’t like the clipping sound and feel and I just couldn’t get him to not have it bother him, hence I’m trying the grinder and going very slowly and gently. Well, I’m glad to say, it worked very well on him and he took to it with hardly any fuss. He wasn’t bothered with the sound and vibration at all. He did try to pull away once but relaxed when I told him not to move, that he was a good boy to let me do this to him. He let me do all his nails including his dew claws that were never removed. He now walks on the hardwood floors without any clicking sounds. He’s happy and so am I. And I’m very relieved I won’t have to take him to the vet or to another professional do his nails.

I had to learn to trim my dogs nails due to Covid 19 and this was great. I had tried other trimmers before and failed but this one was great and my chihuahua is even getting used to it.

Great product to use for my fur babies! Did not hurt them at all. Great battery power as well, charged very quickly! Totally recommend it.

Wonderful product, but I have spoiled dogs who won’t let me touch their nails! I was able to grind 1 nail, then they didn’t let me touch them anymore! Great Product, my dogs just won’t let me near their nails... will try to motivate them with treats.
