Had a great inverter generator that went through 15 years of Florida hurricanes. I took care of it, and only fed it ethanol free fuel, and started it every 30-60 days. Long story short, Hurricane Milton handed me my tail. (In fact almost every home on my Cul De Sac took damage, a 80' oak sheared into two, and nearly took out my house. (I have 13 giant ancient oaks on my property) on day five post hurricane, our fuel stocks were getting low. My cul de sac shares fuel and are great neighbors. My next door neighbor went on a fuel hunt at 4AM, he managed to secure eight five gallon metal Jerry jugs, refilled my inverter generator and the front panel electrical outlet I noticed was compromised, due to the polymer wearing out from 15 years of vibration. Had fuel, but I needed to replace a few plastic parts before it was safe to use again. Luckily the power came back, on day six post hurricane. While I fixed my old inverter generator, lots of people bought emergency generators for Milton, and lots of people used them once and then they sat. Most used regular 10% ethanol in their new generators and most ended with clogged carburetors. Being a aviation engineer, if I couldn't fix a clogged carburetor I would be laughed at forever. So found a once used Honda generator at $1500 less than it's MSRP. While its air filter and spark plug are still pristine, I drained the oil in it, and used this oil. The filter and spark plug I'll keep for future use. So now the 15 year old generator can retire, but saved as a loaner, for a neighbor that may not have a generator, one year my neighbor behind my home had a baby the day before a massive hurricane. So I loaned her home my generator and fuel, me and my rescue three legged cat sat in the dark, wishing I had my genset to power my portable AC, entertainment center, and fridge. :) Having more than one generator will be helpful going forward. Taking care of it with factory parts is never a bad thing.

Reliable products and service. I will buy from this seller again, as I already did. Honda products will keep my inverter generator as much OEM as it is possible. Shipping is "reasonably" fast, could be faster, but taking into consideration that they are shipping oil, I believe that you can't ask for more. In addition, I won't like the extra expense possibly required or needed to achieve a faster shipping. So, I recommend this seller without any hesitation on my own.
