Very difficult to swallow
These things work great for the symptoms I get while on Mounjaro (when I eat the wrong thing). HOWEVER, they are so difficult to swallow - always trying to go down the wrong pipe. I've even tried breaking them in half, but have the same problem. If they didn't work so well for the symptoms, I would not use at all.

Helps shorten bouts
I am not diagnosed with anything but have frequent lower intestinal bouts, and I take one when they start. It definitely shortens the duration of the bout.
