Good but some small flaws
This ia a recent purchase and is the first laser meauring device I have bought or used. As such most flaws would not be apparent to anyone who has never handled such a device before. Pros: 1. Big enough to be handled but small enough to use one-handed. 2. Solid construction. 3. Large buttons. 4. Large and Clear display. 5. Accurate. 6. Easy to learn to use. 7. Digital real-time inclinometer. Cons: Oh boy. There are a number of flaws to this, and indeed any similar, device of comparable function. Probably because they almost all use the same design template with just a change in colour or logo to distinguish it from others. 1. The dedicated button for turning the system beep on or off is a waste. It doesn't even remember if it was on or off after the device itself is switched off. 2. Outdoors the laser light is not visible to human eyes beyond about 15 metres unless aimed at a dark and even-coloured surface, although it will still measure. Only tested on a nearby red-brick building during an overcast day, but it measured okay at 30 metres however it was difficult to aim properly due to the ambient light and reflectivity of the surface. Overall, providing you have a stable resting surface, it is easy and accurate to use indoors for general about-the-house situations. Without a suitable reflective surface and low-light conditions I would not recommend it for use in large builings or outside as it just does not have the power to make the aiming spot visible. Not such a problem if all you want is a rough measurement of distance to a large object, but any sort of real or delicate accuracy is not obtainable. If you want something to use indoors and at distances of 20 metres or less then I would suggest to buy something cheap that has a low range. 70 metres is overkill except under very specific conditions. As all such devices have a similar level of accuracy especially at shorter distances, then save some money. If you work in construction or anything outdoors than you MAY want something that is more powerful, but in that case just pay extra and get a proper professional ranging device. This is for the home DIY user and for such it is perfectly fine. The built-in inclinometer is a nice touch and not too commonly found. Probbaly any cheap device would suit you equally well as far as capability and accuracy is concerned, so concentrate of any specific functions that you require. I have seen some devices that cost 5 times as much but have nothing extra to reccomend them baring except being slightly better to look at and having a big-brand logo. Same functionality and accuracy but a much higher price. Because this item, while quite comprehensive in its abilities, is still at the cheaper end of the market, I would happily reccomend it. I have not had it long enough to comment on durability or battery life, but first impressions are good. Just buy a few rechargeable AAA batteries and a charger and you will be good to go. More than worth the 4/5 stars I have rated it as. Hope this was helpful.

Probably the most capable measuring device available
This is a quite astonishing piece of kit which I bought to replace a Bosch measure which only measured a single distance. This MiLLEESY measure not only measures the distance between two points but is capable of measuring heights and distances from two reference points to automatically calculate a third distance. The quality is excellent, as you would expect coming from Shenzhen, as is the accuracy. The measure is very easy to use and the screen clear and easy to read. It comes with a comprehensive instruction manual. It's limitations are precisely the same as any other of these measures. In strong sunlight or daylight its difficult to pick up where the red dot is. Similarly distance results in the same issue even though the beam is quite strong. Im delighted with it. I won't be losing this one!

A good addition to the tool box.
Excellent value for money, was bought to replace an eight year old electronic measure which had failed. Manufacturers repair cost was more than the cost of this item. Works very well, impressed with the built-in angle finder, a very useful addition to my tools.

Nice piece of kit...
Seems well made, solid, measures accurately. I'm using it to measure/install my own new kitched. I wanted to check all the measurements I had made with a tape measure and also make additional measures in different places e.g. length of room at floor level/ceiling level/half-way up. It's surprising how uneven your walls are! I should have bought one years. I cant do anything about my walls, but at least I'll know why, if I have to make adjustments to the new kitchen.

Works well inside, not so great outdoors
Brought this in early January to use at work to measure travel distances and door widths. Whilst inside it works fine, I do have to "follow the laser" starting on the floor close to me and then up to the desired point to make sure I know it's where I want it to be as it can be tricky to see at the long distances, but outside it's even harder to see and worse on a sunny day. I tried to measure the width of a garden from one wall to another and couldn't see the point at all. The settings are easy to scroll through and having each measurement you take stay on the screen is also helpful but it doesn't give a runny total, you have to add them up manually. I also used it to measure the degree of a staircas, a section I thought I'd never use, again, nice and easy. The back light does drop off after a few setwhich isn't helpful, especially when in low light so would be good if it stayed on for longer or a setting to have it on all the time. It's light weight and portable, easily fits in my pocket when out on site. Comes with a carry pouch to keep it safe and clean, although I only use this when storing in my bag, it's a bit of a faff to keep getting it in and out when on site. Since January I've used this on average twice a week for 2 hrs at a time and then battery is still going well. The +/- of measurements seems to be in line with the specs. All of my measurements have been within the tolerances which doesn't cause me any issues. Would I buy again, probably not. Although it does what I need it to inside, having to manually add my figures together, the back light and outside issues, I would probably look for something else but if you are after something quick and easy for indoors then I would recommend this.

Much easier than a tape measure
Much easier to use than my old tape measure especially when measuring lengths over a few metres. It made measuring floor to ceiling height, so easy. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. It has a digital spirit level which wasn't obvious from the description. So far delighted and I would recommend.

In sintesi: uno strumento preciso, funzionale e completo. Perfetto per chi lavora nel fai-da-te, nelle ristrutturazioni o semplicemente vuole misurare spazi in modo rapido e professionale. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Good device. Small and handy 👌

Works well, but it's not fully accurate. On a 30cm distance, 2-3mm off.

I bought this laser measure mostly for the price. I use a measure daily and I've broken too many expensive measures to count. I prefer Bosch and my favorite is a Bosch GLM-80. I like the measurements in decimal form which is easy to input into my CAD software. I also like the angle measure and volumetric functions. That is what I was looking for in this measure. I was most cince5with accuracy. I took several indoor measurements down the length of our warehouse and was pleased to see that the measurements were never off by more than 1/16th of an inch or 0.0625" That is good enough for what I need. Both suck at outdoor measurements beyond the human eye's ability to see a tiny red dot. If the measure can see it, you'll get a reading, but if you can't see it, there's no telling what got measured. I like the lanyard. It was a pain to attach, but I won't be dropping this one as often because of it. My only complaint is that it cannot show imperial measurements in decimal. I have to convert my dimensions to input them into my CAD software. Running off of two AAA batteries is fine. The battery door feels a bit cheap. There does not appear to be any dust or moisture protection, so I'll have to be careful using it outdoors or stuffing it in a sweaty pocket. The velour drawstring bag is fine. I prefer a nylon pouch with a velcro flap, but for the price, I'm happy. This measure is easy to use, easy to read, and easy on the pocketbook. I recommend it.
