Mat is a bit pricey, but the training aids it provides are good practice and for days you can’t get out to practice allows for a good simple way to practice.

Great product, really high quality. When it flattens a bit due to consistent use you can vacuum it to get it back to a like new state

It's hard to find training tools that transfer to the course but this one is a great one. The speed and distance training alone has helped me tremendously. Initially I thought that there were too many markings on the mat and it would distract me but it all makes sense now after using it. I definitely would suggest this training tool for golfers who are at least a year in and understand a little about greens.
