I really like this pouch, and it appears to be made very well, however, it needs a very slight modification.I use it to hold my wedges when cutting trees & firewood. It has a very nice flap to slide over my belt, and a loop for your belt if you prefer. It's fine for two large double thick wedges, or three smaller wedges but when you take a one of the smaller wedges out the others will drop out the bottom as it's open! This can be a big issue in the woods.It does have a grommet on each side at the bottom, one where a carabiner hangs. You can run it through both grommets, or run a piece of leather or shoe string through it to make a stop. This is a super strong & durable pouch, and priced right. I've found this pouch to be extremely useful, durable, and high quality merchandise!I highly recommend this tool pouch, it should last for many years!

This is my second purchase of the McGuire-Nicholas 804-Q Organizer Quad Series. The first one lasted 2+ years. The 2nd one I received in early April failed in less than two months. The bottom seam came apart. Not cool.Update: Even though I could not return this item via Amazon, the manufacturer sent me a new one. Much appreciated! Upped my rating one star as a result. For me this is a great product...hope they improve the stitching and seam connections.

Nice for occasionally carrying my hammer while pulling NMC and stapling for rewire and remodel type work. Slips on and off easily, but stays in place. A couple of extra slots for a pencil, wire cutters and a utility knife.I have other products by McGuire-Nicohols. I have no complaints about any of them and they are my first choice when looking for tool and material carriers.

Excellent for holding felling wedges when taking down trees easy access rugged construction. I highly recommend.

This is a very functional pouch for me. It holds what I need to carry securely but I use it hard and it is not the most durable of pouches. I will go through 2 or 3 a year.

I use this to hold my felling wedges when I’m cutting logs. They fit perfectly and the tool sleeve is extremely durable.

This thing works pretty well. The “4 way” system doesn't work as expected since there’s nothing rigged within it the pocket option falls straight out if you try to hang a hammer. However On the belt it works well. But I did have the metal hammer bracket bend inside my backpack however that happens so make your own call. It’s design is good but Could use a more quality metal hanger for the hammer and add a more rigged backing.
