I have access to a shared space where we have multiple angle grinders from different makes, and models(new Dewalts, old Dewalts, a crappy Cobalt was the closet to fitting). I have not found one that actually fits this thing with the hardware given and these allegedly corresponding Gator brand, 4 1/2 inch medium-grit finishing disks. The "Long' Barrel Center Nut" is not long enough to reach the threads of the angle grinder shaft through the backing disk. It seems like it's a nice product, made in the USA, I really want to like it, hence the two stars over the one star. I am really disappointed and don't understand why this should not be fool-proof.

i have wore out 3 of these there last about a year use them daily a bout 2 hour ave.

Just as in another review, the long nut does not reach the spindle on the grinder over the pad with an abrasive disc in place.

I wore my last one out and I wanted to get the same kind.
