What properties make it a "superior" coolant? Does it have a higher specific heat than water?

Water has the best heat transfer i believe. But has no anti corrosive agents and no ability to keep from freezing. " Coolant " is possibly a misnomer. The reason i picked this one, is it will work specifically with my Mazda. But water boils over at 212 and Mishi at 265.The idea is to transfer the heat away as quickly as possible and never approach boiling. Maintaining a steady temp is the key

yes for off road type Jeep stuff. But normal driving, not needed reg stuff works just as good.

A 50/50 is is good to -26F. If you need more 60/40 is good down to -54F. You'll need to get the full strength and mix yourself if you need something better than -26F.
