Ortho Home Defense MAX Bed Bug, Flea & Tick Killer Powder

I cannot say enough good about this product. I have had flea problems in the past and I know what a task it is and how to get rid of them. It is no easy chore. One of the most difficult parts, is finding a product that actually works. I know how to prep before spraying or fogging. It is essential that you vacuum and vacuum well and pull furniture out from walls before you bomb or use any type of flea product. So of course I did that. I truly had an infestation at this point in time. You couldn't be in the room for more than a minute and they were crawling all over your legs. It was awful at night during the day all the time it was just getting worse. It got out of control in less than a week. So I have ordered exterminators to come to the house in the past. And they have had to come back multiple times to get rid of the flea problem. It's just one of those issues that you know it's going to be a while to get rid of. At least in my experience. I did my research and I believe Precor Foggers are one of the best Foggers on the market. But there again you'll probably have to use the product after 2 weeks of using the product the first time. But I am not for sure on this as it is my first time that I have purchased procore Foggers. While waiting for the Foggers to get to the house with a 3-day delivery I became impatient and noticed that I could buy the product bed bug and flea control and have it delivered the same day. To boot it was only 20 bucks. What could I have to lose. At least I could spray the damn bed and carpet and maybe get one night of sleep without getting attacked by bed bugs. That was all that I expected out of this cheap product or so I thought. I truly cannot say enough good things about this product. As I said I am currently waiting for my father's to arrive which will be tomorrow. At this point I honestly don't even know if I need them. I can't even believe that I am saying that right now. I bought one gallon and I addressed two of the rooms that were most significant with the flea infestation. I vacuumed very well pulled everything out from the walls and began spraying. I am telling you that within 2 hours I did not feel a thing crawling or see anything jumping around. I do not even believe my own words right now. I have adequate adequately sprayed both rooms with one gallon and even had a chance to do the hallways in the house that I was walking to and from those rooms. Just to make certain. I cannot find one damn flea in this house. I am simply amazed and flabbergasted that this product has single-handedly combated my infestation of two rooms with only one gallon and even had left over to do area rugs in the hallways. There is not one bug living in this house. There is not one bug on my dog. There is not one bug in my bed. I slept like a baby last night without any interference for the first time in weeks. I was able to walk around my room this morning and not a single flea had jumped on me not one nor have I been able to find one anywhere in this house. I simply have to say this product is an absolute winner and a must buy. I have stubborn fleas I always do when I get an infestation it was due to negligence of my roommate who forgot to put flea spray on his cats for 2 months and brought fleas into the house and it quickly developed into an infestation Within those two months then it was attacking my dog who I give advantage to and never has fleas my dog began to get infested even while taking the advantage monthly application and I've had to give him two or three flea baths a week to keep up so when I tell you it was an infestation I do not make light of the situation. I have had them before in my life and know how difficult it is to get rid of. I I'm not sure if I will have to reapply in 2 weeks but at this point I couldn't be happier. I did buy another gallon just to make sure I have it on hand at all times for 20 bucks who would be stupid enough not to buy this A1 product. Don't waste your money with any other more expensive or powders or other products this was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life. It couldn't have been more effective and the price you can't beat do yourself a favor save yourself the headaches get the same day delivery like I did and put your troubles to rest you will not be disappointed this stuff is fantastic my hat's off to ortho for a fine product better than the exterminators I've had in the past by far I just don't understand how this product has surpassed all others that I've used in all other services that I've used hands down the best.

I have not written a review for this product and it works great. My first dealing with bed bugs were decades ago, when I realized that song, "don't let the bedbugs bite" Were actually true BED BUGS the demon of all bugs. When I first got them you had to tent your house because there was NO WAY to get rid of these little beast that only keep reproducing themselves and anyone that comes to a bedbug home will get them. Thousand of dollars. Speeding it up to today. Bed bugs said we're back! THIS PRODUCT WORKS BUT LISTEN UP. You have to spray every two weeks for a month to a month in a half. Because it doesn't kill eggs. So the first spray will kill that little beast that's sucking your blood when you sleep but not the eggs they left. So you spray wash bedding NO MORE BITES. And a couple weeks later that little bump appears on your legs and arms AHH it didn't work! Yes it did but you have to respray, kill the hatched eggs wash blankets again. Mark your calendar for the next spray. I've gotten all these bedbug sprays an costly too. But this works and what's amazing is the size. It actually gives you enough to repeat the spray. Hopefully the bug beast didn't travel to other parts of the house. If it did get a couple of these bottles. Spray the carpet. This works and better than the expensive little bottle for a 100. This product is great, just make sure you are reading instructions and prep correctly. Idk were they came from but my oldest didnt say anything about being bitten or itchy, it got bad enough in his room that they traveled to my room. I through out ALL the bedding, pillows etc that didn't have a cover even his mattress and frame, my mattress and pillows have covers but he never put his on (hes 17). With it being cold out atm I then took his dressers desk etc and put them on the porch. All clothes got washed and dryed on the highest temp they would go, and I got bedbug killing addictive for the wash. I followed it with washing the walls, baseboards, ceiling fan etc with bleach and then used this spray to spray EVERYTHING even the carpet. I followed that up with a bedbugs bomb and kept treating the empty rooms daily with the power and spray and used the can on the furniture outside. Carpets were vacuumed daily. One go through did the trick in my room and I did spray the whole apartment. His room however was bad enough that it was sealed off and took a week of daily clean/ spray/ power before we stopped finding them. I was thorough In looking for them especially in the carpet. I also emptyed my vacuum outside and gave it a good cleaning after ever vacuum. Its a lot of work but worth it as it can cost up to 5k plus to have it perfectly done. I will continue to treat the room and the rest of the apartment as a preventative as im now paranoid lol but the whole line of this brands products do work. Also make sure you use this product while your kidos are at school and out of the home if possible and your animals are in a crate to be kept away from it or outside. Definitely wear a mask when using and some gloves. Thorough Cleaning before and after use is critical.

Works great as a very temporary solution - or if you use with other products - is not a one stop solution but is great for what its meant for - and has no heavy odor - easy to use and spray in hard to reach areas.

Non lo consiglio

Well , i have seen so many poor reviews for this product - mostly about the technical aspect of the pump. I can say, i used this dispenser , over several weeks until I ran out of product and never had a problem with the electronic dispenser (pump) . I have now even bought my own powder product , mixed it with water and decanted it in to the empty container . It is continuing to work perfectly.

It is absolutely not worth the money to purchase this product. In other words, after spraying against bedbugs eight times, it does not help at all, they are still there. I would not recommend purchasing this product at all!
