Chef Merito Marinade, Meat, 25 Ounce

I used to be able to buy this at Food 4 Less but now it's never stocked. Maybe because the red dye? Its a great marinade

My favorite marinade for carne asada tacos! The quality is great. It’s easy to use, just pour it on. I had no issues with packaging, no leaks and the seal was intact. Also way cheaper to buy here than in store.

The flavor of this carne marinade is great! Very tasty. Easy to use, just pour and let the meat marinate for a couple of hours.

This is an absolutely great marinade if you and household know two things. One, don't leave your protein marinating for more than 24 hours. I was prepping some chicken for a get together and had it sit for a two days and it was still tender and delicious but, a bit saltier than when I had used it before. The other thing to know is that whatever protein you use this to enhance, it will be a bright red color. This is, in my opinion, kinda awesome and fun but, it's something to be prepared for. I don't love using this simple marinade from chicken thighs to tri tip to goat tacos. It's a staple in my kitchen.

My family loves this marinade. Unfortunately the increase in cost will keep me from purchasing as often as I would like. I paid $9.95 last November. Walmart’s price increase is even more ridiculous.

I have ordered this product a few times. I used to live in San Diego where there is a great abundance of amazing Mexican restaurants. This is the closest thing that I have found to the carne asada flavor that I enjoyed in San Diego!
