No bounce ball
This is a genuine no bounce ball, very heavy and perfect for HIIT and explosive power training. I have found some good video tutorials how to incorporate slam ball by Phil Daru, who is an MMA trainer/fighter. Dustin Poiriers also uses this type of ball in his routines. I think the quality is very good butI have only been using the ball for a couple of months. No complaints, what you see is what you get. Happy customer;)

Does what it says on tin - well made, services a good slam, of equal or better quality to one's in gym but without tearing hands to pieces. Very happy with it for price.

As expected
As described, only slight drawback is it has a band around the middle which isn't textured so can be slippy in your hands when doing hiit, and the weight inside the ball shifts around a bit so can be a bit unstable when moving it.
