Counter Height Backless Swivel Bar Stool - Cherry

I'm usually hesitant to buy any furniture online. Besides concerns about style and color issues, I never know the condition it'll arrive in after shipment. And my experience with 'some-assembly-required' items tends to expect low quality, fit, and finish. Well, rest assured, this particular item is a positive outlier. Not only are the parts safely packaged and protected (every single item was separated by wrapping or cardboard to avoid abrasion), the components are well constructed and they fit flawlessly together. The stain/color is uniform without any nicks, splotches, or burrs on all surfaces. Even the hardware (bolts, nuts, and lazy susan bearing) seem of high quality and finished with a durable black coating. It even includes the hex tool for assembly. The cushion is surprisingly well padded and comfortable, and the bearing turns without noticeable wiggle or noise. The whole assembly feels solid, hefty, and smooth. And the legs have nylon feet to protect hardwood flooring. The 24 inch model is perfect for kitchen counter top heights. The manufacturer truly did an excellent job with this product, and I would highly recommend it.

Bought three of these for a breakfast bar counter. In a perfect world, they would be an inch taller, but alas... Excellent value, good construction, easy to assemble, sturdy swivel mechanism, comfortable padding. What more could you ask for in a barstool? Only that they would also be available upholstered in brown.

Boraam Cherry wood bar stools look great. We ordered three chairs at the same time. These chairs look great at our kitchen island and matches our cabinets. The tops are comfortable. My wife recommends them friends and neighbors. It took me approx 30-min to 45-min per chair to assemble, while watch a movie and drinking beer. Instruction were not perfect, but should be easy to follow for most people who know how to use a wrench and screw driver. Only tool needed is an allen wrench and it is included in the hardware bag. Open the box from were the red tape or yellow tape stick out. The colored tape is attached to the hardware box/bag and parts are designed to be removed from the end with the hardware bag is. Follow Up Service: One of the chairs had a crack in the wood on the lower support ring (foot rest). It was a simple manufacturing defect. Looked like the wood had a knot in the center of the piece and when assembled the ring split. Also on the same stool, one of the screw inserts was not threaded. Contact Amazon and they had a new one on the way the next day. It arrived on time, we replaced the parts and sent the bad stool back at no additional cost. Great customer service.
