Great practice. Short bursts of practice on word problems to help with maths vocabulary and confidence. Might consider it easy for Grade 3 but we can finish it quickly and move on to Grade 4 with a lot interest and confidence in the tank

Purchased for my 8 year old daughter. She struggled in the beginning but leaned the basic very fast.

A little too easy for my 3rd grader. But it was good practice

Because these are word problems, I hoped reading comprehension would be improved as well as math skills. But so many of the problems are written the same. My grandchild simply looks at the numbers in the sentences and does the math. I have to encourage him to actually read every word in every problem. It is a simple, yet good way to reinforce math, however. I would recommend. But be a teacher and go over the problems with the child.

I have purchased multiple Kimon books and they keep my 9 year old ahead for the upcoming grade. So the summer before 3rd grade, I got third grade books to familiarize him with things before school. It helps so much to have it to do pages during the school year too as extra homework when he’s struggling on a certain skill.

Great way to add word problem practice to your child's routine.

I like that book is structured in an increasing difficulty manner. Each section build on previous. And the new material give an example. Def recommended
