Can I use this for nipple piercings?

Absolutely! It is great for all piercing locations! Please make sure your jewelry is TITANIUM during the healing process, as all other metals (including gold and stainless steel) will leach nickel and cause irritation, redness and bumps (keloids). How long to keep it on until doing a sea salt soak after ?

Hi there, if you using a sea salt soak solution, you want to soak the piercing first for about five minutes. Then, pat the piercing dry. Next, apply the oil and massage it into the tissue. Leave the tiny bit of oil on your skin and it will continue to heal. Also, the oil helps keep crusty bits from forming. Blessings, and I hope this helps you.

Can it healed the keloid in side of the nose ?

Hi there... if you have a keloid inside of your nose, it is going to be very sensitive! This oil is for external use... I would not put it up inside the nostril, but you can apply it on the outside of the nose and gently massage it into the tissue.  Make sure you are wearing TITANIUM metal jewelry, as all other metal (including gold and stainless steel) contain nickel, which will irritate your tissue.  Metal irritation is the #1 cause of bumps, so please make sure you are wearing titanium jewelry until it is fully healed.  Use the oil twice a day, and be patient with your bump.  It can take from several days to several months to heal - depending upon the thickness, depth, irritation level, location, etc of the keloid (bump).  Blessings, and I hope this helps you!! It helped me out, I think the biggest thing is to not touch the piercing or disturb it, I did find some relief with this product though.
