I'm a commercial building contractor and we love these, when taken care of they last a long time as well as no bottle to break we have had some of these in weekly use for 7years still good as new. Great 3m product

I use this mop everyday at work an trust me if you have a lot to mop everyday it is worth spending the extra cash on. The ability to change out mop heads for every room is a very helpful in a hospital environment. The only problem that I and other coworkers have issues with is the button sometimes snaps in two.

Im a housekeeper and the concept of this mop is great, BUT..... I have bought about 6 of these in the last 8 yrs. and with-in a year they all broke in the same spot, and the warranty has run out, and the price was $125, and they have just keep going up in price. The velcro on this new mop head is NOT deep enough to hold the pad on, like all the old ones. This is a great item to same time on a larger floor, that is why I have kept buying this product, I wish they would fix the breakage problem!
