Weight loss has always been a struggle for me, as I tend to jump up and down depending on how my Thyroid is feeling, and losing those extra few pounds can be really hard even though I am watching what I eat and exercise.I take two pills a day with food, my diet consists of fruit, veggies, meat and coffee (I am coffee lover and have not been able to kick that habit, but have been able to decrease my amount of sugar intake over the years) I intake about 1600 calories a day which is perfect for my height and my ideal weight. Taking the pills is super easy: Just open the bottle and swallow the pills and you are done. I did notice about a week in that every time after I burped I tasted raspberries.  I was surprised this happened but it didn't taste bad at all. The pills themselves don't have much of a taste unless you leave them in your mouth for a long period of time and they begin to melt. In that case you do begin to taste the raspberry flavor.After almost 3 weeks of taking Raspberry Keotones I noticed that I have been sleeping better at night, a more restful sleep that leaves me feeling refreshed in the morning. My energy level has gone up, in fact I notice that I have more energy in the afternoon then I did before and tend to get more projects done at work because I am more focused on my task. My food intake and hunger are the same, but I have heard from others that over a longer period of use that people tend to become less hungry. I was a little skeptical but decided to try it out anyway. The first day it came I took 2 pills as directed. Within a 1/2 hour I was wide awake and not hungry in the least. I had made the mistake of taking it after work and had difficulty sleeping. I started the routine of taking them in the morning the following day. Did not crave food ALL day and had to make myself eat breakfast and dinner. Usually my energy levels are low and I become very tired around 2pm. After starting this supplement I could energetically go about my day from 6am until 10pm. Within 4 days I had lost 7lbs. I DID NOT take just the supplement without adapting my diet and exercise. I do not believe it is a miracle supplement that will drop weight instantly.
