Chef-mate Que Bueno White Queso Sauce, 6 lb 10 oz Bulk #10 Can

We used this for a nacho bar at our graduation party and it was a huge hit!! We added some water to it as it is quite thick - this also stretched it a bit further for the number of people we had. It tastes like restaurant queso, just enough spice, and good quality. Will purchase again for parties.

My daughter wanted a taco/nacho bar for her graduation party. One of her favorite things is queso so we wanted to make sure we got something that she would love along with everyone as the party! We hit it out of the park with this queso cheese. We bought 3 of these 6 lb cans and we used all 3 with maybe 1/2 a lb left. There was a little bit of spiciness to it but nothing that made your mouth on fire. It was easy to use, as we just put it in a crock pot set it on low and it was ready to go in no time. I would recommend using a crockpot liner, just for easier clean-up. We had great feed back from our guests and the graduate was pleased as well. I would definitely buy this again if we are needing large amounts of queso.

Easy to make queso, we add green chilis, and milk to thin it out, as it is quite thick, reheats well, goes great over nachos, fair value for your money, not as good of quality as a frozen queso option

This queso is absolutely delicious! It has a little bit of heat, in case you are sensitive to that. We thought the heat level was just right.

Soooo, ad some of you may know, Costco stopped carrying the Que Bueno nachos sauce in stores. I was VERY bummed because it is a family tradition. I ended up g a thing the Que Bueno Jalapeño cheese sauce bur it is NOT the same. It tasted like plastic with a touch of Jalapeño juice. This one, however, is delicious. It is almost exactly like the one costco used to carry but it a tiny different. The fact that there is no dyes is fantastic. I would whole heartedly recommend and plan on bringing this to my family's next holiday party, so we can relive the tradition!!

It has a good texture and color, but I didn't like the taste very much.
