These are easy to swallow no bad taste.

I can find nothing wrong with these collagen capsules, everything seems to be i order of the description given. As I have no idea at the moment if these are doing any good I have only given these a 4* i have only been using these a short while.

I decided to order a collagen supplement for several reasons; I’ve recently lost 2.5 stone and wanted to prevent loose/saggy skin, I’m rapidly approaching 40, I weight train and I am trying to improve my hair health after wearing hair extensions for about 18 months. Due to this, I wanted a supplement that had several types of collagen for joints, muscles, skin and hair etc.The tablets are odourless and tasteless. I do find them a bit tricky to swallow, as they are on the large side.I haven’t noticed much difference in my skin. My nails have always been strong and have grown quickly, so no noticeable difference there.I have noticed a difference in my hair…. I have always had fine, flat hair (hence the hair extensions) and when I had them removed, I had a good six inches cut off the length. I was expecting thin and wispy hair but I was pleasantly surprised at how full and healthy my hair was. It could be a coincidence (and a good hair cut!) but my hair has grown a good inch and a half since I got it cut eight weeks ago and it’s healthy with nice blunt ends (so, no breakage or splitting), despite having blonde highlights and using heat on it most days (I also use a heat defence spray).The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my eyelashes! I’ve always had very straight, medium length lashes and I’ve really noticed, in the last three weeks or so, how long my lashes are and how much more curled they are!I’ve just ordered my second bottle. Really pleased with this product.

I was using the loose powder but this works out cheaper so I have gone with this option.I will give feedback once 3 months has gone.

A couple of years ago I bought and took a leading brand of collagen every day, for over a year. I saw and felt no difference after faithfully taking them for over 12 months. I think a year is a fair trial, to say the least.I had a break from them for at least 1 year so there was no overlap and my system was free of them. Two months ago I decided to try again. This time it has taken less than 2 months to notice a growth spurt in my hair, which has also thickened. Also, a professional manicurist commented on how strong my nails were. My hair has always been fine and thin without much body in it. My nails were always weak and brittle. Now I am pleased to say that through taking this brand of collagen, not only have I seen great results, but they cost less than half of the leading brand. These inexpensive collagen-containing capsules are tiny miracle workers for me. I can't recommend them enough. So to the other brand, I say you don't always get what you paid for. These are my only buys from now on.
