Also, if you want it to dry correctly, spray correctly and look great make sure to follow the instructions. Use the reducer they suggest and let it sit after mixing before you spray. But not really "gloss"... more semi gloss. *by C***R on March 26, 2025* Like any airbrush paint.. gloss is kind of an overstatement. It gets a sheen on it, but I wouldn't call it gloss. I'm not sure this is really any different than the quart or gallon sized water based polyurethane you can get at the box stores... I've sprayed that stuff a bunch or even mix it with the airbrush paint and get good results for a lot less cost.
