Great way to hide money when traveling

Pocket only on one sock. I assumed there would be a Pocket on both. Other than that..decent product.

Did not know what to expect. But these socks are comfortable, fit very well. The pocketed area is high enough to ease concerns about someone stealing your money or IDs. The zipper is an added security measure. The price is a good value. Seems durable and the quality of the material is good. These were a lifesaver. Wore them in Rome. Pickpockets are everywhere. I did not lose any money! Highly recommend these.

Good idea. I thought there were two zip pockets one each on both socks. Just one zip pocket. Good quality. But not enough pockets for the price.

great place to stash money

I'm getting ready for upcoming trips to Berlin, Bucharest, and Istanbul, whose tourist areas are often rife with pickpockets. I've always hated money belts, and every time I've used neck pouches aren't much better. Browsing around on Amazon, I found Flippysox, and while I liked the idea a lot, I had a feeling that they probably wouldn't work will for me with my size 11.5 4E wide-width feet. After giving it some thought, I decided to experiment, and order one pair. If my hunch was right, I'd only be out about 15 bucks, and I could give them to a friend who has much smaller feet and rides a bike a lot. Fortunately, my hunch was NOT right! My pair of Flippysox came in today, and I put them right on. They fit my wide boat-like feet perfectly. I used 2 credit cards, and 5 USD bills to try out the pouch. They fit inside the zipper pouch just fine, and I couldn't even tell that they were there. I immediately hopped back on Amazon and ordered myself four more pairs. Because they're much more expensive than regular socks, I'll limit wearing them to overseas trips, but I highly recommend them. They fit my big feet just fine.

The sock with the zipper pocket is horribly uncomfortable. The border around the zipper on the socks is extremely noticeable and tightens the sock around your calf, even when the pocket is empty. Additionally, the opening is much smaller than the available pocket space so it is extremely difficult to get items in and out of the pocket without taking off and stretching the sock. In a true emergency, I'm sure I would've been grateful to have whatever I stored in the pocket, but the amount of peace of mind I got from this product was overshadowed by the design flaws and my discomfort. Luckily, I purchased another brand of zipper socks and a money belt that were much more effective during my travels.

Great to use on hoiliday, I could fit $300 in the zipper part..easier than carrying a wallet.
