Great hdd but...
Would have been 5 star, if I'd have got enen one ove the hdds i orderd through amazon

DISK FAILED AFTER THREE WEEKS
Had the disk since 13th july weeks and its failed completely, cant do anything with it, cant be read from either apple mac or PC. Standard disk recovery software does not work, wouldnt mind but i've just spent 3 weeks copy everything on to it. AVOID.

This Hdd us at a great point now. I purchased one to add more space to my Synology DS918+, running 7.0. Runs fantastic.

No refund, defective product.
Bought this product, it did not work. Had a Amazon approved return request. Seller stated in email that refund would be within 2 days after recieving defective product. To date, have not recieved a refund for my costs. Beware. If, and when i recieve a refund, i will update this review.

Drive is great. Don't understand why it took 10 days to arrive. I ordered two others and received them 2 days later!

Drive in good condition. Working fine. I bought 2. One bag was open. The other was close.

Delivery man dropped 2x 16TB parcel over our 2m high gate. 1 works, the other doesn't.
Purchased 2x 16 TB from Amazon. received it in 1 month to New Zealand. Found the parcel dropped over a 2metre high fence. I was hoping that the item would have been bubble/air wrapped, but no. To my dismay, there wasn't any cushioning. This is probably why one of the Harddrive wasn't working. Didn't even get to sign for it! Not happy with the delivery service.
