It’s brilliant. Comfortable, doesn’t go hard when frozen.It may be a bit too cold for some, and it gives up its cold fairly quickly kit because it fits snugly all round. I now need to buy some more

The product is quite good!

This is a good product but there are a few things you need to know about it.I can only write this review based on use as a child compress I haven't used it as a hot compress as yet.Make sure you but the right size. That may sound obvious but I recommend measuring the body part you indeed to use it on then checking which size you need to buy.Don't leave it in the freezer to cool down for too long. This product when frozen is really cold, so with its snug fit of it's too cold you won't be able to keep it on fire the time you need it. It will be very freezing to the point of hurting. This is go different to putting ice directly on your skin, so people putting negative reviews based on this need to think about this before deciding the product is faulty.The stitching could have been better. The first time I put mine in some of the stitching came out. It wasn't the past which affected the product and I'll sew it closed, but from a product point of view and considering many reviews have stated this, the manufacturer should have used stronger thread, I mean come on thread isn't that expensive.The fit is great and steady. When you get the right corner of the compress it feels great. I bought one for my knee and am really happy with it.Lastly I've seen reviews trekking people to leave it in the freezer at all times even when not in use. That is terrible advice. Don't leave this product in the freezer unless you intend to use it soon after. It can negatively impact on the lifecycle of this product.

Suffering from osteoarthritis in both my knees. These sleeves are amazing, I have bought 2 and keep them in the freezer. When put in the give me immediate relief. Brilliant and worth the money. As they treat the whole circumference of the knee which ice packs don't.

This is good for first few times uses and starts to deteriorate outer cloth and gel shifting, after multiple daily uses when you need it most as you are hurt. Maybe a better quality material needed to wrap for the gel interiors.

Been using them as heat or ice pack for knees and they are great

This is so easy when you want your whole joint iced rather than trying to wrap individual packs around the knee, and no need to have something in between skin and ice/gel. Probably not quite as cold as ice and lasts around 10 mins, but I’ve found it great.

This can only be used as an elbow ice pack cannot fit on leg - size is too small.

My leg is not large but the large fits well.
