Sound quality is better good considering it's a wireless headphone, functions work well, bluetooth function is great. They are a little difficult to fit for my ears.

These are comfortable in my ears and the sound quality is good but they are horribly designed. The cord is too short and the weight balance is off so they slip to one side or the other and make it uncomfortable. You can't hang them around your neck when not in use because they fall off to one side. Also, after about 2 months they started randomly turning off if I turned my head the wrong way. After 3 months, they turn off constantly and sometimes won't turn back on for a while. Would not recommend.

Pros: -Super long battery life. Lasts 12+ hours on lowest setting with occasional muting, perfect for my job -Low latency. The sound travels very quickly from my phone to my ear buds, so i hardly notice any delay ...yeah that's about it Cons: -Sound quality is bad. My car with a busted speaker sounds better than this -They don't stay in your ears. And no, changing the size of the rubber caps don't change this. Doesn't affect my job though as i wear a near skintight suit that holds them in anyway -I have a pair of $20 earbuds that do what this should, but also ACTUALLY DOES IT. In the end, if you want these for working out or any kind of environment that doesn't require you to wear something over your ears so these will stay in, don't get these. In fact, even if you don't need them to stay in, there are much better alternatives out there for cheaper. You really are just paying for branding and battery life for these.

I’ll keep this to the point for TLDR buyers. PROS: - Battery life is FANTASTIC. 10+ hours of listening. - Connectivity is great. Bluetooth doesn’t have to search and pairs very quickly. Never disconnects. - Range is pretty good too. I can get quite a ways away from my device, and it still plays. - Sound quality is above average, but not amazing. More expensive earbuds are way better, but I am fine with the lows and the highs. CONS (**UPDATED) - **I rarely use headphones for phone calls. I tried this on a Zoom, and the mic is horrible. Changing my rating. - Not the best fit. Even with the largest ear tips, they don’t stay in snuggly. Hard to put in and take out as well. Just doesn’t seem to mold to your ear. - The battery (though great) is located in the center of the wire intended to rest on your neck. But it feels heavy, flops around and is a very imbalanced design. - No shirt clip included, but there isn’t a practical spot for a clip anyways if you have an extra. - The control buttons and their indentions are not pronounced enough, and I find it difficult to execute basic functions blindly. - The power button must be held for five seconds to turn on or off. I don’t know why but I find this obnoxious. Especially when you can’t feel which button is the power button without looking. - It does not inform you of the battery life when you turn on. - I suppose it’s for water/sweat proofing, but the battery flap is really freaking hard to open. - TONS of vibration noise when items rub against any part of it. Obviously, some noise is to be expected, but even simply walking with a jacket on rubbing the wires can overpower your listening.

It works as expected. It also does not block any exterior sounds, which in my case is perfect cause I jog outside 5 days a week and need to be alert about my surroundings. And the ear plugs do fit perfectly and do not come out when I am jogging.

What I like: Sound is excellent. Easy to pair with two devices. Great range on the Blue tooth connection. What I don't like: Control buttons are small and the shapes on them are hard to feel. The microphone picks all noise around you. The position is low enough that my collar rubs against it. The person on the other end can barely hear me over the back ground noise. In a quiet room these are great, but in my truck they are worse than just using the spearker phone.

Update after 2 years - These crappy phones literally just died. What a PoS product. I used to be a massive fan of Sennheiser. Still own some awesome products, like CX150 wired earphones. But these ones are just one disappointment after another. I have replaced them twice already, in 4 months!!! The sound quality is OK. Not great, just average. Wired version of the same ones are 100 times better. The battery life is literally unpredictable. It will randomly stop charging with the original cable. So it's a 0 out of 5 The comfort is complete garbage. There are two modules on the cable... They get dragged down on one side, without any effort. Formerly great Sennheiser is utter garbage. Go with Bose or Jabra over Sennheiser. Don't support crappy companies.

Several years in and still the best.

So machen die Kopfhörer einen guten Eindruck die Laufzeit ist akzeptabel nur jetzt habe ich ihn späterer Folge ein Problem jedes Mal wenn ich mir den Kopfhörer hinein stecke wird der Kopfhörer leiser vielleicht etwas mit dem Unterdruck im Kopfhörer der Preis ist der Wahnsinn kann man nicht meckern von wegen billig kaufen und es ist keine Qualität ich finde es ist eine Qualität aber irgendwie passt die Konstruktion nicht auf lange Zeit hat man dann mehr Erfahrung aber heißt nicht dass der Kopfhörer schlecht ist aber wenn das ganze schon nerviger wird ist es dann auch kein Kopfhörer mehr

Ce produit particulièrement coûteux souffre de gros défauts de conception. 1) les boutons de commande sont mal repérés ce qui fait qu’on passe son temps à tâtonner pour trouver la commande principale de marche/ arrêt et pause. Il faut souvent quitter le casque pour la trouver. 2) si on choisit ce type de casque avec un fil entre les deux oreillettes, c’est pour le passer derrière le cou et éventuellement, quitter les écouteurs sans les ranger. La présence du boîtier de la batterie exactement au milieu du fil fait que le casque est déséquilibré, ne reste pas en place autour du cou, d’où un réel risque de le perdre. Quelle que soit la qualité sonore par ailleurs, ces manquements font de ce produit une réalisation médiocre.

Don't buy Sennheiser from Amazon today i have received the product which is month of import is Feb 2020 the product is DEED not getting switch on when i called up to amazon customer care fine representatives answered me saying that the product was not manufactured by amazon go to service centre. Sennheiser service centre is in Delhi i have purchased a product for 5K and now i should go to Delhi for service this is Amazon replay. Great Amazon selling all DEED PRODUCTS AND CHEATING PEOPLE
