Is this syrup good for milk

I use it like you would chocolate syrup in cold milk and I enjoy it like that. I also mixed it with egg nog and it's delicious in warm milk too. Also I put it in hot or cold coffee as a fru- fru treat. Baking as well. It is very versatile.

How does this compare to torani Carmel sauce?

To be quite honest they are both good! Smuckers also make a delicious caramel topping which is has a true buttery caramel taste.

Can I use this in my fountain

I do not know what type of fountain this applies. If it is heated to use the thick syrups then I would say no. But if it is a running fountain without a heater then I think it should work fine.

How does this pumpkin sauce compare to the fontana pumpkin sauce used at starbucks?

This is slightly sweeter, more pumpkin than spices. I like it better imo
