Good book to get ur mind focus
Have tips and tricks. If u want to read and want to get the best out of the time u spend reading , I would definitely recommend the read.

Not as per my expectation
I expect more from journal its just thoughts and tips. It will be more useful if it consist of simplified step by step workbook to practise presence

fantastic book for seekers of truth and the present moment
such a wonderful book. Eckhart Tolle shares honestly, and with an open heart, his experience from bondage of self to liberation. Red years ago and enjoyed it so much that I continued to buy copies for friends and family.
