My son wanted this for his 7th birthday. It seems to be a great board for him. When we first opened it the calibration part was tricky. Other than that he was off and roaming.

I ordered this product for my grandson who lives out of state. The item arrived but didn't work, due to either damage in the shipping process, or some other unfortunate event. I contacted the seller who replied promptly and kindly, giving detailed trouble-shooting instructions with an attachment and a link to a video. After trying the recommended tips, it still wasn't working. The seller responded immediately, sent a shipping label and agreed to a refund without further question. I am so impressed with their high standards of customer service and their kindness throughout the entire process. They made a rather disappointing situation so much better by being so nice, understanding, and so accommodating. I will be ordering from them again as I know the defective item was not their fault. Impressive company and exceptional customer service.

Awesome my kid loves it and can not stay off of it

I purchased this hoverboard for my 5 year old daughter. After trying on her big sister’s, she was ready for her own. She sweeps the floor, eats her snack and does all kind of stuffs on it.It arrived super fast. We got one with bluetooth, so she can listen to music while riding on it. It doesn’t look cheap, nice color ( we got the blue one), attractive light-up wheels and sturdy enough for my 160lbs. husband to ride on it.First, we had issue of not making on the spot turn to one side and contacted seller. I got super fast response with how to solve the issue. I was busy to try the reset but was issued a return shipping label within 2 days (maybe I didn’t reply back soon). However, I reset the device and voila! It was solved.I love the seller’s excellent customer service as much as my kids love their hoverboards. Will definitely purchase another one if needed!

Bought this self balancing scooter for my kid because he saw one of his friend got one .he want me to buy one for him so badly.after we received this scooter it takes about one to two days for him to actually get used to it and play.this hoverboard can last about 45 to 60 minutes .after that ,it needs to charge about four hours to completely charged.my recommendation is for adults or kids never play on self balance hoverboard before should practice on flat surface or grasses because they might fell down easily when they first try it.besides that my kid and I was very addicted to this scooter

Own this hoverboard for few weeks now, it has been so much fun! At first, the balance was a little back tilted, I had to reboot it “off mode” with 20 second hold time (yeap, learnt from YouTube). My son is a newbie, so this hoverboard has ran to walls, chairs and rolling 360 degrees cause he was so scared... smh and lol. Thank god it’s durable. Now, he’s comfortable riding on it and play music while riding. One suggestion for beginner is to learn at flat surface at school yard if you want to avoid scratches.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I got two for my grandsons for Christmas. I thought it would take them awhile to get used to them, it didn’t. They love these boards. So do I. They are well made, practical and functional. They are not for larger or heavier kids. Excellent product!

My son absolutely loves it!! I was afraid he wouldn’t be able to handle this because he’s autistic but we taught him to put his hand in front and steer in the direction he wants to go! After 1 day he was handling this with hands in his pockets! The Bluetooth is fun to listen to his fav tunes!!This is my last review/purchase due to Amazon’s bias political decisions that I will not support.
