I paid a little extra for this item to get the one with bluetooth, but the unit I got did not include any reference to bluetooth in either the instructions or box. The actual hoverboard is pretty neat looking and works well. It took a long time to first charge up and never did show a full charge, but it was a gift from "Santa", so there is no way I can return it or exchange it now. It's an ok purchase, but since there were no bluetooth instructions and no reference to them, I emailed for support through Amazon. I got a very poor set of instructions from them on how to handle it in the email (no PDF, no formal instructions) so I may have been duped. I just can't tell. I would probably not purchase from this seller again, since I don't know if I got what I paid for an can not figure out the bluetooth.

The battery only lasts a max of 30 minutes and takes 4 hours to charge. Then less than 3 months after purchasing the hoverboard glitched and one wheel was locked. That side wouldn’t turn off and started to get really hot. We left it outside in case it caught on fire. The battery finally drained and we tried recharging it. Now even if the charger light is green the red battery light comes on and it beeps the low battery signal. We’ve tried fully charging and letting it run out and nothing works. This was a very expensive item to suddenly completely fail in 3 months.Now trying to get some help and Amazon said return window closed so contact the company in China and they don’t even give me an e-mail on who to contact just a phone number and some website URLs! Don’t buy it, there are better products out there.

This hoverboard is so awesome looking and my eight year old loves it!

DO NOT BUY!! These are junk. Bought two, one didn’t work right out of the box and the second lasted barely a day before it slowly stopped working.

Does not hold a charge. My son rode maybe 30 minutes and it died on him.

My son loves it hold a pretty good charge functions well and with the warranty you can't beat the deal

i really enjoy this hoverboard it’s so fun and cool this is that you can connect bluetooth to it and listen to all your music i honestly really recommend it
