I must write a review for this product because I love it so much. Here is why: Pros: 1) This set of containers is so cheap. I had spent quite a bit of time to search for a set of 3 big containers at low price, and this set from KitchenBasix has crushed all of its competitors for the lowest price. The average price for a set of 3 big containers like this on Amazon is $25, and this set from KitchenBasix is only $16. 2) This set gives you a variety of compartment containers. It includes two 3-compartment containers and one 2-compartment container. Majority of container sets on Amazon only have one type of compartment container (either 1, 2, or 3-compartment container). 3) The materials of containers in this set are superior. As you can see in the pictures, I compared this set from KitchenBasix to its competitor EcoNaturell who sells a similar set of containers for $32. Comparing both products side-by-side, you can see that the materials from two brands are the same, their sizes are the same, and their designs are the same. The only difference is that KitchenBasix sells it for only $16, and EcoNaturell sells it for $32. 4) The sizes of containers in this set are perfect. I put my Samsung Galaxy S8 right next to the containers for size comparison. I also put a container in my lunch box, so you can see how convenient the size of one container is. Cons: 1) [My opinion] I wish it had more 2-compartment containers, since I only need one 3-compartment container. At the end, this set of containers is WORTH IT

These are great glass compartment containers. The one two-compartment container is my husbands favorite for bigger portions. The other two have 3 compartments each and are perfect serving sizes for meals. Once the lid is on, the container is leak proof and can go safely into your lunch bag or the refrigerator or freezer. I dished up a couple meals into these and froze them for later in the week. When I was ready to eat one I put it straight into the microwave from the fridge, no problem. There are no stains or burns or odor residue left on the bottom or sides of the glass storage, unlike plastic bowls. There are no vents on the tight sealed lid so be sure to take off the lid prior to heating. Also, you could put these in the oven to warm up your meal if you prefer not to microwave. Just don't put the plastic lids in with it! One of my favorite reasons for using these glass compartment food storage containers for leftover meals is that I can heat and eat right out of the container. Anything I need to cut with a knife is fair game without worrying that I am going to cut or scratch the bottom, so leftover steak or pork chops are perfect in these, unlike most standard food storage containers. For lunches on the go, the compartments keep my food from mixing and the lid stores the cutlery neatly. If eating in a kitchen, I don't necessarily use the cutlery storage for eating utensils, but I love to put a wet wipe and seasoning packets in that compartment in the lid. Works perfectly and everything is neatly in it's place. These glass food storage dishes can easily go on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. The lids are heavy plastic lock on lids and were just fine in the dishwasher as well. I tend to hand wash lids most of the time but these still fit and sealed just as well after the dish washing cycle. This is probably obvious, but these are clear glass containers, so you can easily see what is inside without having to open each one. They are perfect storage for in the refrigerator and stack well and keep the food smells in with the food instead escaping into the rest of the fridge. Because of that, I love using these for taco preparation and leftovers because they keep in the onion smell and don't absorb it into the container either. One last thing. Obviously I have listed many uses for these compartment storage containers already, but I also love the glass compartments for snacks and condiments. Place these on the table or buffet with olives, pickles, or sauces and they look nice. That's something you wouldn't do with the plastics when company came over. I am not a big fan of the utensils, however, they are actually perfect for most lunches and don't add additional weight. This isn't a huge deal for me as I stated above since I use the cutlery compartment to transport other things. If you're looking for some versatile, easy to clean, leak proof food containers, you won't be disappointed with these glass compartment storage containers.

These are a nice quality food storage containers, with a lid that stays in place with and a pop up flap for easy access to contents. It's easy to pour things out of these containers and I can fit my hand inside on the biggest container. I like the three sizes, it accommodates a wide variety of products this way. I wish the pop up section on the lid had a stronger catch on it, it hardly takes any effort to open the lid, it makes me nervous if it were to fall off the table or counter. Whatever is inside it is most likely going to go everywhere. If it had a stronger latch it also might keep things inside it fresher longer, because it is not an air tight food container. Overall, I like them and think they're a good design and they work well besides the air tight consideration. I received a discount on these to review them, and I feel that I've been honest and to the point about the basics with these food storage containers. I hope that some of this info is useful for someone considering these for themselves.

I'm in love with these food storage containers, they are the absolute best! The quality of these little containers is seriously amazing, they are extremely durable. I constantly store curry which usually leave stains on my regular containers but these containers don't catch the stains. It arrived fast and came packaged very well in bubble wrap. My favorite part is the divisions in the container because it let's me take a variety of food in different proportions for lunch. Two of the containers are proportioned into three parts and one is proportioned into two. I like this because I can switch the containers based on the food I'm taking. I also like that they came in a set of 3 because it let's me pack lunch for multiple days. Overall, a great investment!

These are somewhat oddly sized and don't fit in my cabinets properly. The lids are thinner than I was hoping and I'm not sure how much I trust the seal. It doesn't seem loose or anything, but there's a feel to a good sealing plastic container when you're closing it that this doesn't have. I'm not thrilled with my purchase, but as long as they keep some of my dry goods fresh I'll be fine with it.

I have nothing but great things to say about the containers and customer service I recieved with them! First of all, before I recieved the containers the company personally emailed me some recipes and a thank you message for ordering them. They also followed up after I had recieved them to assure everything was okay. The containers themselves are great quality! The glass feels very sturdy and not cheap at all. I love that they are microwave, oven, and freezer safe. I also love the convenience of the lids having a compartment for the cutlery that it came with. So far so good with this company and this product. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone considering it.

So as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I was hoping by the stellar reviews I'd get a awesome bargain, however this was not the case. Also for reviewing purposes I compared this to 2 other cereal containers by other manufacturers, the blue is made by Tupperware and the red is made by Rubbermaid. So upon initial inspection the lid I could tell was not secure and I knew would not provide an adequate enough seal to prevent foods from going stale because as I gave a light shake I could hear the lid flopping around. This was also the case with one of the other ones, however it was far less noticeable. Secondly the plastic is VERY thin and with a light squeeze the lid would come loose, unlike the two I compared this to. This product would be a slight upgrade from the actual cereal box itself, however doesn't hold a candle to the other two I own. The lack of an adequate seal insures that food will go stale rapidly as opposed to the other two I have. My Rubbermaid has Fruit Loops from 5 months ago (I rotate cereals, don't judge me!😆) which still taste like the day I opened them and my Tupperware one has Cheerios from 3 months ago, both of which have a rubber seal. I've paid full price for this product and I returned it the following day for a refund.

After buying my first 3 pack set, I bought 3 more. These containers are amazing and they go way beyond my expectations. First of all, they package them exceptionally. I had no broken parts or missing pieces. The price is very reasonable and is the lowest I have seen anywhere. The weight is nice and the containers are very sturdy, even the utensils are well made. I am looking forward to preparing some make ahead meals with no worries of my food touching and having 12 containers is going to fulfill my needs. These are a true gift for the thrifty, health seeking individuals....like myself!:-)
