How do Dr. Woods products compare to Dr. Bronners products?

I have used both Dr.Woods and Dr.Bronners.  When I started using Dr. Bronners the 32Oz was $8 its now upwards of $17 dollars in some places that is crazy.  I do like Dr. Bronners better and I think that it lathers better and has more of a peppermint smell; however, I refuse to pay that price, so I have found a work around.  I buy Dr. Woods and I add a cap full of peppermint oil and now I really can't tell the difference but my wallet sure can.  It also seems like adding more peppermint oil may have aided with the lathering.  I have also tried the almond and tea tree versions of Dr. Woods and I don't care for those, I stick to peppermint.

are Dr. woods products organic?

NO, it is not organic. Natural and organic mean 2 different things. Natural means it has no synthetic ingredients. Organic means no chemical pesticides were used on any of the ingredients it's derived from and no chemicals were used in processing or added to it. And pure means it has nothing else added to it. So I don't know how these Castile soap companies get away with calling them pure. They all have potassium Hydroxide and have to or it wouldn't be soap, just oil. But Castile in itself doesn't mean pure anything, it just refers to where and when the first natural oil soaps were made.

if it doesn't smell like peppermint...what does it smell exactly?

Hi Nena- to me it smells like peppermint and I love it.  My entire family uses it, I buy if for my husband who actually prefers the peppermint over the others.  I am not sure if you heard it didn't smell like it, but it does say "peppermint" on the bottle correct.  Try it you may enjoy it, if you do not like the fact that it opens your pores when you shower than this may not be for you.  If your enjoy the smell and the feel of a clean skin you may love it. Is this good for household cleaning?

It's way too expensive for that,  its for your body, good because it doesn't have parabens in it.  I recommend you use white vinegar for household cleaning in a spray bottle.
