Meguiar's G191700 Smooth Surface Clay Kit, Safe and Easy Car Claying for Smooth as Glass Finish

I parked my car near a construction site and it became covered with fallout from a paint spraying operation. It was covered with very tiny particles of paint. I used Meguiar’s Clay Surface Clay Kit to remove all the paint particles. It was very easy to apply and the result was fantastic. The surface was clean, but not slick - a polishing cloth would not slide easily over the surface. However, once I had completed the job by waxing, the surface was wonderfully slick. I highly recommend this product. It is well worth the cost.

Item worked really good to provide a mirror like finish to my paint. The clay bar easily removed dirt and grime from my car paint. First i washed and then clay barred the surface. It made the paint surface nice and smooth without scratching. Good size it comes with 3 bars. One bar was enough to do the entire car

This a great kit, it is some nice clay bars with the clay lube to let you clay bar your entire vechicle. (Event a pickup or SUV.) I used these to prep some cars of mine before putting on a ceramic coating. These worked great and you will be happy you bought this kit. Be sure to watch some youtube videos on how to use these. (Wash the car completely first, don't push these down hard rather glide across the paint, fold periodically to avoid scratching the paint, etc.)

The paint on my brand new car was not completely smooth even though it had been “treated” by the dealer. I tried this clay bar treatment this morning, and the results are fantastic!!! Easy to use one section at a time. Applied Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax after, and paint is perfectly smooth. Great product!!

Worked great! I didn’t think the clay would make a difference but it actually did. The clay picked up well, was easy to use and my paint came out looking new. I would’ve given 5 stars but the towels in the box had some dead bugs in them. Little legs stuck to the cloth. I think I just got an old box.

As advertised. I have removed light scratches and am happy with it. Does a good job of removing bugs and other difficult spots.

My wife's car went from feeling like glass to feeling like sandpaper. I waxed it hoping that would fix it, but no luck, so I started over. We figured that the issue arose from a combination of summer tree sap mixing with particulates from last summer's Canadian wild fires (they turned out skies a hazy orange in upstate NY). This took all of that away and left a clear, clean, smooth finish. I waxed with Meguiar's Ultimate Wax after the clay job and it looks new again (it is a 2016). Bug splats and stains also came off with little effort. I would advise having a second microfiber towel available if you are doing a medium or large size care or pickup as the one will become noticeably damp, but this is well worth the price and the labor to get rid of a multitude of contaminants on the clearcoat and to restore the finish. Highly recommended! It simply works. One final note.....don't drop the clay. The mist makes the surface slick and you don't want to add abrasives to the clay. It you drop it, replace it.

This is the first time I've used a clay bar. It worked well to get some nasty bug spots cleared off of the front of the car.

El producto es excelente, llego en buenas condiciones y muy rápido. Este producto deja la superficie del auto brillante "espejo", yo lo utilicé para remover puntos de pintura que le cayeron a la carrocería de mi camioneta y el resultado es excelente .... deben tener en cuenta que algunas partes de la carrocería podrían necesitar pulido después de aplicar este producto (esto no aplica siempre, dependerá de la superficie de tu auto). Las 3 plastilinas que vienen con el kit son poco abrasivas, pero aun así podrían llegar a "quemar" algunas superficies de tu auto, principalmente aquellas superficies de la carrocería que tengan algún doblez, alguna linea o alguna curva muy pronunciadas (hay que tener cuidado y no darle muy fuerte en estas zonas). Aun así, yo lo recomiendo 100%

Item is good and does it’s job perfectly

No lo he usado, pero que se puede decir, es para uso de mis carros personales, Meguiars casi siempre entrega buenos productos, tengo +20 productos aprox. de la marca, este lo usaré cuando vaya a pulir alguno. Si puedo actualizo la reseña. Se la rifaron con la calcomanía no me la esperaba... después de tanto producto que les he comprado jaja.
